My name is Natalie and I am an Integrative, Dynamic Therapist, Solution Focused Coach, N.L.P Practitioner, Advanced Hypnotherapist, Reiki Healer, Master and Teacher, Shamanic and Spiritual Healing Therapist Integrative Person Centred Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor.

I have been practicing as a therapist since qualifying as an Advanced Hypnotherapist in 2014 and have since then completed an MSc in Counselling and Positive Psychology, Postgrad cert. in Supervision and a BSc in Psychology, together with Shamanic Practitioner and Healer, Reiki Healer, Master and Teacher and Massage therapy training. I have extensive knowledge of traditional and holistic approaches to therapy having completed courses in Mindfulness and accreditation in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), including Tapping and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Counselling and Solution Focused Counselling and Coaching.

I have followed a spiritual path for all my adult life, which has driven my appreciation and passion for the healing arts and recognition of the benefits of a holistic approach whilst on my own healing journey; and a desire to share the benefits of traditional and holistic therapeutic approaches with others which resulted in my completion of vast holistic and professional training. As a good therapist should, I have an extensive tool bag, something to suit every client’s needs, and help them heal, and empowering them to recognise the healing abilities of their own mind, body, spirit, and soul. I facilitate the healing journey by empowering clients whilst holding them in a safe, therapeutic and nurturing, healing space.
